About Rich Golze - Your Reverse Mortgage Pro!
Rich, a native of the Pacific Northwest, brings decades of experience helping clients across Washington and Oregon navigate a broad range of lending and real estate brokerage services. He began his career as a Loan Officer in late 2005 and has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1993. Rich is a firm believer that financial solutions should never take a one-size-fits-all approach, because that's just not the case. With his extensive background, Rich is able to provide creative and sometimes out of the box financial strategies and solutions tailored to each client's unique needs.
In 2010, Rich furthered his expertise by completing the year-long Certified Financial Planning coursework offered through the Pamplin School of Business at the University of Portland. Rich is a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer in Washington and Oregon, a licensed Real Estate Broker in Washington and Oregon, a member of the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association (NRMLA), and one of only 210 (as of 2025) Certified Reverse Mortgage Professionals (CRMP) nationwide.
With extensive and rigorous requirements, the CRMP designation is the highest and most respected designation in the reverse mortgage industry, awarded to professionals who demonstrate exceptional knowledge, competence, ethics, and dedication to upholding the highest standards of practice. Earning this designation distinguishes Rich as one of the most trusted and accomplished experts in the industry today.
Specializing in helping clients make sound, wealth-building decisions with their real estate and lending options, Rich combines his ever-expanding knowledge with a mission that remains constant: to guide clients in making informed financial decisions in partnership with the client's family and their team of trusted advisors.
Outside of work, Rich enjoys spending quality time with family, friends, and his beloved dog, JoJo, whom he adopted from one of his past clients when she lost her battle with cancer. Although JoJo was only supposed to be an "assignment" in rehoming, JoJo quickly captured Rich's heart (as many fur babies do!) and has now been happily spoiled by Rich for over a decade.
